Costume hire from collection on a Saturday to return on the following Monday. Additional days will be charged at £3 per day for late returns unless previously agreed with Wardrobe Wizard.
Costumes must be paid for in full, along with the deposit, before they are released for use.
Costumes permanently damaged (ie cigarette burns) or beyond reasonable repair will incur a replacement cost or loss of deposit.
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be be offered an alternative or given a full refund.
Please note: We are unable to refund make up, earrings, or wigs after opening due to hygiene regulations
